Concord Hospital Redevelopment

Roberts Co is piloting the five-day working week component of the Culture Standard.

Roberts Co (formerly known as Roberts Pizzarotti) – in partnership with Health Infrastructure NSW – is piloting the five-day working week component of the Culture Standard in their $341 million redevelopment of Concord Hospital.

In order to test the impact of the Culture Standard, researchers from the University of NSW – who are a member of the Construction Industry Culture Taskforce – are reviewing the impact of the short working week on the hospital project’s workers as well as their families.

Results from the Concord Hospital pilot will be available later this year.
